Intents Festival
For the large-scale productions of Intents Festival, the festival organization and Rent-All have been joining forces for years. With an extensive supply of lighting, audio, and rigging from the dry-hire fleet, the iconic Mainstage is transformed every year into a visual spectacle for tens of thousands of dance enthusiasts.
The Project & The Growth
Intents Festival is a leading dance event that has existed since 2004 and originally originated from a carnival association. Since its inception, the festival has grown step by step into the defining phenomenon it is today.
As the festival grew, and with it the size of the Mainstage, it became increasingly important for the production team to deploy larger quantities of the same high-quality products. For this reason, the organization switched to Rent-All as its permanent dry-hire partner in the fields of lighting, audio, and rigging.
The Collaboration: 6 Years Strong
The collaboration between Intents Festival and Rent-All has been rock solid for 6 years now. Due to the enormous stock in the warehouse, Rent-All can effortlessly meet the high capacity requirements of the Mainstage, and immediate adjustments can be made in case of last-minute changes to fixture types.
Due to the tight build-up schedule on the festival grounds, logistical precision also plays a crucial role: the equipment is present on location exactly when the build-up starts.
